Building & unit access
Don't forget to check in online before you arrive by clicking on the link in one of the texts or emails from us. Then, download the Latch app for iOS or Android - it acts as your key! At 3pm on the day of your arrival, you'll receive an email from Latch to set up your Latch account, and you’ll be granted access to the building and your unit. See the arrival guide below for more information on using your Latch app.
If you need a physical key, contact us
Please refer to your confirmation email to review your cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or modify your stay and you booked directly through WhyHotel.com or our team, please contact us. If you booked through a different site, such as Expedia or Airbnb, please contact that site directly to alter your stay.
For non-prepaid reservations on our standard cancellation policy, your payment method will be charged on your day of arrival.

See below for the maximum number of people allowed in each unit type. All guests must be registered - you can register your guests by contacting our team.
Studios & 1 bedrooms: 2 people max
2 bedrooms: 4 people max
3 bedrooms: 6 people max
If you’ve elected to have parking, you can park on the 3rd floor. Retrieve your parking pass from your unit and make sure to display it on your rearview mirror - towing is enforced! As a reminder, parking is $25/day – if you’d like to add it, just let us know.
You can reach the fitness center and pool on the 9th floor by taking the elevators from the elevator bay with two side-by-side elevators or the stairs. Use the Latch app for access.
The pool is open from dawn to dusk. All WhyHotel guests must be pre-registered (see "Number of people per unit" section above for more information on guest registration and maximums) and wear the WhyHotel wrist bands provided in the unit for entry to the pool deck area and pool. No visitors of registered WhyHotel guests are allowed in the pool deck area at any time. There are no parties, smoking, loud music, or glassware allowed at the pool. Security at the pool area will enforce these rules and make sure that everyone is safe. You will be asked to leave the property and charged for the remaining portion of your reservation for violating these rules.
Housekeeping & laundry
You’ll have cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent, and you can add a la carte unit cleaning for $89/cleaning. If you need extra towels or linens, please ask us. Each unit has a full-size washer and dryer for washing your clothes and linens in your unit.
No party policy
No parties are allowed with quiet hours from 10pm – 6am every day. You will be asked to leave and will be charged for the remaining portion of your reservation if you violate the policy.
No smoking policy
This is a smoke-free building, including outdoor areas such as the pool or any balconies. This policy is strictly enforced – you will be fined a minimum of $500, asked to leave the property, and charged for the remaining portion of your reservation for violating these rules.
Love our tote, umbrella, or beach towels? Take them with you, and we’ll charge your card on file accordingly - $25 per tote or umbrella and $30 per beach towel.
